What is Auto Recharge?
Auto Recharge is a facility provided by pidipompi.com which ensures you will never run out of minutes and you donot have worry about your account balance. Your pin gets recharged automatically whenever your balance falls below $2 with the registered amount in auto recharge program. You are automatically registered to this program when you purchase a new pin and the auto recharge amount is same as your initial purchase price.

How to register/unregister from auto recharge program?
Simply send a mail to customer service at noc@pidipompi.com and we will enable/disable your service within 24 hours.

What is Pinless calling service?
Pidipompi Pinless calling service is by definition NOT a 'calling card' service. There is no PIN to enter. The advantages of Pin less calling service are many compared to ordinary calling card service.

How Pinless service differs from ordinary calling card service?
Pidipompi “Pinless” calling service is by definition NOT a 'calling card' service. There is no PIN to enter. The advantages of Pin less calling service are many compared to ordinary calling card service. Some of the important ones are mentioned below:

What is 'Auto Recharge'?
The auto-recharge option allows a pidipompi “Pinless” customer to set his/her account to auto recharge for a customer specified $ amount when the account balance drops to a customer specified $ amount. It offers a convenient way to make sure you always have a minimum balance in your pidipompi “Pinless” account. So gone are the days of time consuming repeated manual recharge for customers who set up their account for auto recharge.

How can I use my phone card?
You can store our access number in phonebook memory and call the number and listen to the system prompt, to enter the destination number and enter the numbers. Pressing the # key after the number makes the dialing process faster. Do not press the call or dial button after the number as this will disconnect the call and connects your local provider's long distance service, which may be expensive.

How to Login?
On the Home page, there is a Login-box on the top-right hand side of the screen. Enter your Login ID and correct password and click Sign-in.
Account can only be accessed by entering the correct Login and password. As a security policy, account will be locked after 5 un-successful consecutive attempts.
If your account is locked, please contact Customer service to unlock the account, or wait for 2 hours before logging in.
